Dear Duplin County Residents:
The Eastern Area Health Education Center office has contracted with the Duplin County Partnership for Children to conduct a child care needs assessment for Duplin County. Your assistance is needed to obtain this information. Parents living in Duplin County with children under the age of five are requested to complete the following survey: PDF Version (Eng) or access the URL (https://www.ecu.edu/bsomocsae/survey_duplin05.cfm ) available in English. You can assist by asking them to complete this online or on paper. If they complete a printed copy, they may return them to the address posted below prior to June 20th.
