Additional Email
InterStar is happy to announce
a new, free service to our customers.
Now, all personal accounts, with the exception
of the Solo, are entitled to free additional
email addresses. The best feature about
this new service is that YOU can add
the emails yourself.
The Unlimited and
Browser accounts are able to add 4 additional
address. The Educator is able to add 1
additional address.
Note: To
add additional email addresses logon
to your account or contact our office at

If you need to add email addresses to your
domain (Virtual Email, example: joe@mydomain.com),
please contact our office at 910-564-4638 or
800-840-1113 E-mail domain@intrstar.net
Instructions: (adding a new e-mail address)
When you access the login page, you must put
in your username and password, and click on
the enter button. On the next page,
click on the Setup Email Accounts button to
go to the setup page. Once on the setup
page, click on the Add Email Account button.

Type in your preferred
name (it must be 3-15 characters) and your preferred
password (must be 4-15 characters).
NOTE: All
characters for the username and password must
be in lowercase. If there are any uppercase
letters, your email account will not work.
Once that is done, click
on the enter button. Your new
email is setup! If the name you requested
has already been taken, it will tell you
to choose a different name. Be sure
to tell your friends about this exciting
new feature!

need to call our office to have another email

Please note that any additional
emails beyond the number included with your
account are $1 per month. Please email
accounting
if you need extra addresses.
