Configuring PPPoE on the
TRENDnet TW100-S4W1CA

Note: If you have a different router, please check the manufacturer’s web site for instructions on setting up PPPoE in their device.

The following set-up information is designed to help you configure your router to connect to the Internet. For InterStar Communications Inc. Wireless Internet service you are required to have a PPPoE capable router.

1. Launch your Internet web browser, Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator and then type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and hit the Enter key.

2. The login screen will appear, click LOGIN to access the Quick Setup

NOTE: By default, no password has been set on your router.

3. Click Quick Setup to configure your Router for High Speed Wireless Internet access.

4. Click on the dropdown menu to select the appropriate time zone.

5. Select PPPoE as your WAN connection

6. Enter your PPPoE UserName and Password, then retype your password to confirm it, and click Next.
