Equipment mounted outside of the home is owned and maintain by InterStar Communications. If the radio is damaged or fails to respond, then InterStar will replace the radio at no cost to the customer.

InterStar requires you to have a router installed for Wireless access. Your router does not have to be purchased through InterStar but must support PPPOE (Point to Point Protocol Over Ethernet), however we offer two types if you choose to do so.

Install includes wireless radio (which must be returned if account is closed), universal mounting bracket, and up to 250 feet of outdoor CAT5e cable. Additional charges may apply to non standard installations. ($50 charge to bury cable).

** Actual performance may vary due to conditions outside of InterStar’s network control. These conditions may include variables such as customer location, physical equipment limitations, network congestion, server and router speeds of web sites accessed, inside wiring, radio interference, etc.
